After returning to Australia, Carl continued to work as a freelance dancer, teacher, and choreographer, and joined the elite burlesque/cabaret group, The Darling Diamond Dolls. He also appeared on various TV shows and movies, and toured extensively as an entertainer with the UK TV Show Mister Maker, presented by Live Nation.

In recent years, Carl has taken his creativity and talent to the next level and launched his own production company – “The Creative Affair”. This new venture is a testament to Carl’s entrepreneurial spirit and his desire to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of dance and entertainment. The company is focused on creating innovative and engaging dance productions that showcase the talent and creativity of its performers.
